Sunday Mornings
Nursery
Age: Infants – 3 years old
Time: 9:10 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Education Building
Our nursery is staffed by professional workers and volunteer members. They are trained in First Aid and other church safety practices.
Children's Church
Immediately following “Time with the Children” in worship, children are escorted to the Education Building, 2nd Floor.
3-5th graders remain in the Sanctuary for worship with their parents.
“Worship Bags” filled with fun church activity pages are provided for children to use during worship.
Cry Room
The chapel in the back of the First Presbyterian Church sanctuary has been designated as a “Cry Room” during worship for the convenience of young parents and grandparents when children become unhappy during worship. The chapel is equipped with a speaker so that those using the chapel will not miss the worship service.
Sunday School
Toddlers
Age: 2 years old
Location: Education Building, 1st Floor
Children listen to a Bible story, enjoy a snack and fellowship with others.
Preschool
Age: 3, 4, and PreK
Location: Education Building, 1st Floor
Children listen and interact with a Bible story, participate in craft time, enjoy a snack, and fellowship with others.
Rotation Sunday School
In Workshop Rotation Sunday School, we teach the same Bible story for 4 to 5 weeks in a row to all elementary students. Each week classes rotate into a new and unique workshop (art, video, game, drama, cooking, Lego, etc.).

Wednesday Evenings
Dinner 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Supervised free play 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Nursery

AWANA
Age: Kindergarten through 5th grade
Location: Education Building, 2nd Floor
Time: 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Our new Wednesday night program for children is called Awana. AWANA means approved workmen are not ashamed. It is based off of 2 Timothy 2:15. This promises to be a fun and enriching experience for all FPC children.
Vacation Bible School
Age: 3rd grade through 5th grade
Date: June 1-4, 2026
